Confirmation of orders
We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order following the successful authorisation of your PayPal transaction. We will send a further email to confirm dispatch of your order in due course.
If you do not appear to receive these automatic emails, please check your “spam” filter in case they have been mistakenly identified as junk mail. If you are still unable to find them, please contact us to enquire about the status of your order.
Standard Delivery
Where our standard delivery service (Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery) has been selected we aim to dispatch your goods within 2 working days of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. Delivery will normally take 5 to 7 working days from the moment you place your order.

COVID-19 UPDATE Given the current pressures on the Royal Mail infrastructure due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be unexpected delays in your order getting to you.
Please note that we do not accept orders billed to or addressed to PO Boxes.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail 2nd Class mail. Order tracking is not available on standard Royal Mail deliveries, so please allow the full 3 working days for your delivery to arrive after you have received your order dispatch confirmation email.

We currently only deliver to the UK.
